How can I pay my rent using NovelPay?
You can use an electronic check (eCheck), Visa, Master Card, American express or Discover Card to pay your rent.
What is an eCheck?
If you have a checking account, you can pay by eCheck An electronic check, or eCheck, is an electronic version of a paper check, used to process a payment online. To make a payment for rent or other expenses by eCheck, renters simply provide NovelPay with their checking account and routing numbers (example below). Upon initiating a payment NovelPay debits the funds directly from the tenant’s checking account and deposits the funds directly into the landlord’s bank account. Please note, with an electronic check, your payment may be returned 'NSF' if you have insufficient funds in your account you will be subject to late and 'NFS' fees .
When NovelPay Automatic Payments are are processed?
If you sign-up for “Autopay” feature, your rent is automatically scheduled for payment on the rent due date set by your landlord. Payments will be charged to the specified account at 12:01am on the specified payment day.
Do we sell or provide your personal information to other companies?
Absolutely not! We do not sell individual information obtained online about our visitors. And, we will not disclose the individual information provided to us online to anyone outside of our organization unless you specifically authorize it, it is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of customers, employees or property.
